Omg, stayed at the hotel near canal st Subway. The in-house live band lounge was just amazing! loved the vibe. Rooms were clean but lacked views. Leo at breakfast was awesome. Need more sockets. Service top-notch. Just a minor smell issue. 😊

The hotel was just ok, lacking special touches and with cold showers. Maintenance issues like dust and room updates were noticeable. However, the staff was friendly, the bed comfortable, and the minibar well-stocked. The location was perfect with great views and a lively bar. Overall, a mixed experience.

My recent stay near Bloomingdale's was fantastic! The breakfast was AMAZING. Staff were outstanding. Would choose it again. Rooms slightly tired than photos. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel was huge with an awesome location right by Brooklyn Bridge.

The stuff is amicable, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is magnificent very close to New York's sights, the tourist attractions. There's welcoming coffee bar with warm beverages.

The vibe at the place was cool, and the rooms had a stylish touch which was a nice change from the usual cookie-cutter hotel rooms. The rooftop bar and in-room bar setup were pretty decent for kicking back and chilling. The cleaning staff were a bit persistent with their rounds, but honestly, it didn't put a dent in the overall good vibes. 🥂

there where very good rooms and atmosphere for a such great stay at the luxorious roxy hotel. we enjoyed club restaurant for breakfast & lunch.

However, the lack of complimentary amenities such as tea, coffee, and water in the room was a downside.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Roxy Hotel New York. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. Dwayne made us feel welcome. However, the staff's lack of concern when I lost my laptop bag was disappointing. Overall, a great experience.

Fairly clean hotel with terrific staff and unbeatable location close to City Hall and great Tribeca eateries and Soho's charming, historic streets.

The suite was just amazing! The Smeg refrigerator and fully stocked gourmet minibar made snacking a delight. The Nespresso machine and curated vinyl selection on the TEAC turntable added such a cool vibe to the room.

The Tivoli clock radio with bluetooth was a bit tricky to figure out.

I loved the hotel, it was huge and clean, location was stunning near The Subway. The venue staff was accommodating and amazingly kind. The breakfast was gorgeous, outstanding with delicious hot chocolate and the best pancakes and free wifi.

The lovely comfortable bed and pillows at Roxy Hotel made my stay with my 18-month-old baby relaxing. The great location allowed us to explore a different side of New York easily. The hotel's entertainment options, such as the movie theatre and live music in the lobby, added to our enjoyment, and the proximity to landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge and World Trade Center Memorial Foundation enhanced our family bonding experience.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are well-appointed. A personal safe, pay TV and a CD player in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Every detail was first class, particularly location and food, overall I liked this hotel. Beds were too soft, however it was truly a really nice stay. I had an outstanding meal at the in-house restaurant.

The hotel relies a little too much on its look and forgets to adapt its rooms to the 2020 fashion. (No USB plug, noisy and difficult to control air conditioning, no switches near the beds to control the room, TV that bugs)... All rooms overlook the central atrium and concert evenings can be very noisy in the rooms.

I always return for the trip. Staff printed my boarding pass on my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and pet-friendly. The bar and lounge area are perfect for unwinding. I love this place.

The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. You can hear the slightest noise from the room next door.

The accessibility for senior guests is excellent, with helpful staff always available to assist with any needs. The vintage charm of the hotel made it an absolute delight to explore. It's truly a lovely place for senior folks like me to enjoy a relaxing stay.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience if the live music in the courtyard could have ended a little earlier, allowing for a quieter evening for the wise folks looking for an early rest. Nonetheless, the staff's efforts are commendable, my dear.

The Roxy Hotel is an amazing place with beautiful vintage-ish decoration. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with great soundproofing. The facilities like the gym, jazz club, lounge, and theater are top-notch. The boys helping with the door and luggage are super helpful. Loved the option to order goldfish for the room.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing! Saide and Sam in the Lounge went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. the Lounge is chic and comfortable, with delicious martinis and great music. the bed sheets were cozy and the coffee was great. the General Manager was friendly and the parking attendants were awesome. Can't wait to come back!

Our group of friends had an amazing time at Roxy Hotel. The staff was welcoming, offering us a glass of pink bubbles upon arrival. They provided excellent recommendations and even helped us book nearby massages. The rooms were well-designed and comfortable, and the lively atmosphere made our stay fun and social. The jazz bar in the lower level was a highlight, with an incredible live band. Roxy Hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. The hotel is conveniently located near Central Park, making it easy to explore the beautiful park. It is also situated in the trendy Gramercy area, offering a vibrant neighborhood to explore. The hotel is easily accessible by subway, making it convenient for travel to and from the airport.

One negative aspect was the buzzing sound from a switch meant to counteract the loud music in the atrium. It can be bothersome, especially if you're jetlagged and need to sleep early.

My wife and I had an amazing 7-day stay at the Roxy Hotel Tribeca. The rooms were clean and incredibly comfortable. The selection of items to purchase and the bar options were top-notch. The staff at the front desk and the bellboys were fantastic, always greeting us with kindness. We especially loved the club in the basement, Paul's Baby Grand, and the lovely atrium vibe of the restaurant and bar. The staff went above and beyond, offering us complimentary champagne drinks and even sending us champagne and macaroons for my upcoming wedding. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues.

We loved the hotel's live music every night and the cozy common areas. The friendly staff even cleaned our room daily without us having to ask. The hotel's location is also great, just next to a main subway stop and in proximity to uptown landmarks and the one World Trade Center.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here! This place is located in a wonderful area, in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to transportation. The staff here are excellent - from the doorman to the manager, everyone was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. We especially appreciated the welcome drink and the cleanliness of the room. The room itself had plenty of amenities, including heated air conditioning and a well-stocked mini-bar. We loved the soundproofed rooms and were able to get a wonderful night’s sleep. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing and having a drink, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options.

The staff shucks oysters to order, making them fresher than my sarcasm. The Roxy Penthouse & Terrace is the ultimate place to impress friends with its 60" smart TV and vinyl collection. The Django and Paul's Cocktail Lounge are the stars of the show, serving rum-forward drinks and vintage jazz.

Bathrooms were designed by someone who enjoys wet floors.

During our stay in this Hotel, we had a great time in the restaurant-bar area with live bands playing every night. We could also enjoy a movie night in the hotel's movie theater and visit the jazz club in the basement. The location was excellent, very central, and within walking distance of many NY sites. , the service was friendly and welcoming, and the coffee machine in the room was a great plus.

There was no music in the bar area on some nights, which was a bit disappointing.
